The last night of Chad's family vacation with us,  we all went to the Redrock Hotel for some bowling.  What a blast!!! 

The scores weren't important.  The kids loved it.  What a joy to watch your children helping their children experience a new activity.  We cheered and praised each child's roll of the ball.  Of course I cried with pride.  There was tender love, instruction and encouragement.  There were really good fries too.  Air hockey was a blast between turns at the ally.    

How many times can I say thank you for such an amazing family.  Jimmy's and Michael's families were sorely missed.  They're better bowlers.  SMILE!   Rachel won "THE HOT SINGLE AWARD".  I'm sure there were guys on the other lanes checking her out.

What a wonderful Sunday!  With Chad's family visiting we decided to have our "Easter Egg Hunt" early.  We had a great Sunday dinner,  a little play time at the park and " The Hunt".  

It was awesome to have Custis (My nephew) and his sweet wife Amber and their son Calihan join us.  Of course Sydney, Bob, Shea, Nathan and Abby were there.  It was extra special to have Chad, Megan, Bree and Mason here to celebrate with us.  I couldn't have done it all without Rachel helping me all the way.  She's the best Auntie and daughter ever.  

Jim and I are the luckiest grandparents on the face of the earth.  Giggle!  Giggle!  Of course we always want more.  Where was our Jimmy and Michael and families?

What A Lucky Family

Chad and his adorable family have been here visiting since last Monday.  It would been impossible to show all the photos from all the activities we have enjoyed.  Saturday was a blast at the park.  Shea, Nathan, Abigail, Bree and Mason had a major great cousin time!

TAX REFUND MONEY AT WORK

Hi my honeys,

Daddy and I have been busy spending tax refund money.  We painted the main wall in the great room red.  Daddy worked really hard on it.  You know how awesome he can paint.  We got new patio furniture and really squishy new carpet in our bedroom.  Last but not lest we got a leather sectional for the great room.  Well we didn't get it yet, it's on order.  It will be here by April. 

What A Wonderful Lunch!

Of course I cried!  I don't get to hug my oldest son near enough.  To look into his eyes fills my heart with joy.  If truth be known my heart crumbles a little.  It's hard! 

Jimmy had a layover in Las Vegas on his way to a conference in Reno.  We had two precious hours to visit and have lunch at the airport.

The best part of our get together was that Sydney came with Nathan and Abby.  Jimmy had never meant Abby.  Rachel was able to come too.  It had been about five years since they had been able to see each other.  That was another heart crumble moment!

Jimmy had a co-worker, Mike with him.  He handled our silliness pretty well.  I think he enjoyed meeting Jimmy's two good looking sisters.  I hear that Mike has been telling everyone at work " My boss has two hot sisters"!
